The RaD Network is an initiative to connect Earth Science departments from across academia (and beyond!) through the use of Reading and Discussion groups.
This site serves as a headquarters for groups to keep track of each other and see which articles* are being read.
Membership in a university earth science department is not required to be part of the network. Perhaps you are part of a science-minded Meetup group, or just a science enthusiast who would like to keep up with academic research. The only requirements to join the network is to
1) hold discussion sessions centered around an earth science article, and
2) be willing to share the group's discussion articles here.
